The Students are required to submit the following documents along with in the application forms.
- Self attested copies of high school / Intermediate / Graduation (If applicable) Marksheet and Certificate & Aadhaar Card (Mandatory) in two set.
- Character certificate of the last attended Institution.
- Transfer/migration certificate in original.
- Proof of weightage claimed (Cast Certificate) or any other certificate required in reference to application form in two sets.
- Five copies of passport size photographs, one affixed on the application form.
- Domicile Certificate in two set.
- Income Certificate (in case scholarship form filled) in two set.
- PAN Card (in case of A/c opening)
- 2 Envelop each with Rs. 10/-. Stamp in which address written with pin code and mobile number.
For LL.B. & B.A.LL.B. Students who have getting admission in Prayag Vidhi Mahavidyalaya should also fill the online admission form of Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University.
